Milani Lip Liners!

Here is my quick review of the Milani lip liners, I bought them without knowing they would be this amazing! They are super affordable being under $5 dollars and the pigmentation and softness of the pencil is beyond what I excepted from a drugstore lip liner. I also included the essence lip liners which just as amazing and even cheaper at $1.50 each can't beat that price for that quality.
